How rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds work.

Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge up to [24] hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than [24] hours in advance are refunded in full. Cancellations made within [24] hours may be charged up to 100% of the session fee.
No-shows
If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session is considered delivered and is not refundable.
Programs & packages
Multi-session packages may be refunded pro rata for unused sessions within [30] days of purchase, minus any administrative fee stated at checkout.
Practitioner cancellation
If a session is cancelled by the practitioner, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no cost.
