Hi, I'm Hanin
A practitioner working at the intersection of functional medicine, therapeutic nutrition, habit change, and communication.
I work with individuals who want to understand their bodies and habits more deeply and develop a more balanced, realistic lifestyle. I believe sustainable change does not begin with a temporary diet, but with understanding the full context: nutrition, sleep, stress, environment, and daily behavior.
My work started with a simple observation — most people already know what they 'should' do. What is missing is a way to read their own signals, and a plan that survives an ordinary week. That is what we build together.
Sessions are structured, calm, and practical. You will leave with priorities you can act on, not a list of restrictions you will abandon by Thursday.
Why this field
Because the questions that matter most — Why am I always tired? Why does this habit keep returning? — are rarely answered by looking at one variable alone.

My philosophy of care
Context before conclusions
No single symptom is read in isolation. We look at the whole picture before deciding anything.
Realistic over ideal
A good plan is one you can repeat on a difficult week, not only on a perfect one.
Clear scope
I am explicit about what is education and support, and what belongs with your physician.
Partnership, not instruction
You know your life. I bring structure, questions, and a framework — we decide together.
I do not overstate qualifications or use professional titles outside my legal scope of practice.
Start with one clear step
A short introductory call is the simplest way to see whether this approach fits you — no commitment, no diagnosis, no pressure.
